Padded Jacket has two zipped chest pockets, and adjacent ventilation panels which are zipped and covered with storm flap. Front zip with storm flap and also a zipped document pocket.  Sleeves have velcro fastenings also there is an inner storm cuff with thumb hole and half covers the hand.  Inside there is a detachable snow skirt. When in use this fastens across the front with pop studs. Again on the inside there is a small zipped pocket for personal items or MP3 player. Lower edge of jacket has adjustable elasticated pulls.

The hood is padded, lined and detachable via a zip. It has a peak, volume adjuster and pulls to gather it around the face.
